We’re thankful and indeed grateful for your continued patience, understanding, kind words and support.Our grounds team are working hard to maintain all areas of each park during lockdown, security team members are patrolling all areas of each park daily and our friendly call centre team are assisting with a large number of queries between 10am to 4pm, 7 days a week. ONLYLYON Tourism and Greater Lyon have created the ‘Peace of Mind Charter: caring for each other’. We wanted to let you know how seriously we’re taken your health, safety and wellbeing.
We realise this will be disappointing news, but we hope you understand why it is necessary. Rest assured that our friendly team are on hand to help you find your perfect dates. This decision has not been taken lightly; however, it is a necessary step that has had to be taken in order to promote the Government’s guidance to reduce all unnecessary gatherings in an attempt to stem the flow of COVID-19.Please rest assured Lyons Holiday Parks Limited will continue to monitor the situation so that the swimming pools can be re-opened at the earliest opportunity.Lyons Holiday Parks Limited thanks you for your co-operation and understanding at this very difficult time.Lyons Holiday Parks Limited will not allow owners or visitors to the Park to remain in a caravan as part of any form of self-isolation.Please note any form of self-isolation must take place in the owners or visitors’ own homes.The Park is meant for owners and visitors to use for holiday purposes.
