Our bed was hard and I rolled into partner, so was well worn for such a new hotel. We stayed in the Grafton hotel sat 29th Feb & I couldn't fault it , room was good size, very comfortable bed, amazing shower, as new hotel ,decor fresh, added plus was the individual thermostat for the room , room never got too hot or too cold. For the money we paid per night, I would have thought to expect some nice luxury toiletries or nice biscuits in the room.
