I'd recommend arriving at opening for a more peaceful experience. I'm pretty convinced that their prettiest views are in the beginning of the garden -- the lovely flower gardens, Japanese garden, and the cacti area. I spent a few hours at the Botanical Gardens in Montreal and so enjoyed it! That being said, they don't really have any other exhibits if that's what you're interested in. The Chinese garden was very pretty , you almost feel like you're no longer in montreal. I'm really glad that I managed to stop by in my last day because this was absolutely beautiful.
